Monica Kwok Selected as an At-Large Delegate in Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors


Monica Kwok has been selected as an At-Large Delegate in the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors. The Massachusetts Bar Association is a non-profit organization that serves the legal profession and the public by promoting the administration of justice, legal education, professional excellence and respect for the law.

Monica is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, and a member of the firm’s Search Funds and Food and Healthy Living practices. Her practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments and other corporate matters in a broad range of industries. She represents emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital investors in their capital raises and investments, divestitures and exits and other general corporate matters. She works with searchers, search funds and search fund investors on fund formation, fundraising, investments, acquisitions and divestitures, and regularly advises search fund companies at their board meetings and in their ongoing operations.

Monica is an active member of the Harvard Alumni Association, the Penn Alumni Association and the Phillips Academy Andover community. She also served on the Investment Committee of Social Venture Partners, and holds a professional certificate in Art as an Alternative Investment from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
